In accordance with the provisions of the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes.

Disputes arising in connection with this website shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation determined by the Republic of Slovenia and the court in Ptuj shall have jurisdiction over them.
